Proof — verify every claim yourself

OVERDOG's whole pitch is that you don't have to trust us. Custody is exportable, settlement happens on-chain, the builder relationship is public, and the only cut we take is a flat, disclosed fee. This page shows how to check each of those for yourself.

Custody you can walk away with

The load-bearing guarantee is custody. A sportsbook can freeze your balance or slow-walk a withdrawal and you have no recourse. On OVERDOG, withdrawal is always open — there is no hold, no cooling-off period and no approval step — and your account key is exportable. "We can't freeze you" is therefore a structural fact, not a slogan, and the clearest test of any custodian is whether you can get your money back.

Withdrawal as proof

Every withdrawal is an on-chain transaction you can see on Polygon. Open and verifiable — you never take our word for it.

Export the key

Your account key is yours on request, behind your second factor. It is the owner key for your wallet — the backstop behind the withdrawal path, not a replacement for it.

Settlement is on-chain

Markets resolve through Polymarket's on-chain oracle, not an OVERDOG trading desk. When an event ends, winning shares redeem for one dollar each and the settlement transaction is public on Polygon. Anyone can audit that a market paid out correctly — there is no opaque grading department that can void a winning bet after the fact.

This is the difference between trusting a brand and trusting a mechanism. A sportsbook asks you to believe its house will grade fairly and pay promptly; an exchange settles through code and a public oracle whose decisions are recorded for anyone to inspect. You don't have to like us, or trust us, for the math to be checkable.

Audit a resolution

Follow any market to its on-chain resolution on Polygon and confirm the outcome and payout for yourself. The receipt is public, permanent, and not ours to edit.

No discretionary voids

Because the oracle decides, OVERDOG cannot quietly cancel a market, re-grade a result, or claw back a payout you've already earned.

A verified builder, on the record

OVERDOG routes through Polymarket as a verified builder, and Polymarket publishes the register: builders.polymarket.com lists every builder, its verified status and the volume routed through it. OVERDOG is on that list. You are not being asked to believe a badge we drew ourselves — you can open their site and find us on it. An audited, on-chain track record beats any license seal a marketing team can print.

Check the register

Polymarket's own builders register at builders.polymarket.com shows who is verified and how much volume each builder routes. It is their page, not ours, and anyone can read it.

One fee, no vig

OVERDOG charges a flat 1% fee on a bet — our own fee, collected separately from the trade rather than baked into the exchange's order fees — and that amount is disclosed before you confirm. There is no vig baked into prices, no hidden margin, and no rollover-locked bonus. The exchange sets the odds; we take a transparent cut for the interface and tooling.

Where the number comes from

Prices are live order-book values, shown as decimal odds. The 1% is the only OVERDOG cut, it is charged on the trade, and it is always disclosed before you confirm — so you can do the math yourself before you commit a single dollar.

What we can't do

Being honest about the limits is part of the proof. OVERDOG cannot move a line, void a winning bet, or change a result after the fact — outcomes are decided by the protocol's oracle. We also can't make betting safe: you can lose what you stake, prices move fast, and availability depends on your jurisdiction. Stake only what you can afford to lose.

And we won't pretend otherwise. The honest version of a betting product names its risks plainly instead of burying them under a welcome bonus. Everything above is checkable; this paragraph is the part you simply have to weigh for yourself before you deposit.

FAQ

How do I know you can't freeze my funds?

Because your account key is exportable and withdrawals are open, on-chain transactions you can verify on Polygon. The export path exists by design.

Where can I verify the builder relationship?

On Polymarket's own public builders register at builders.polymarket.com. It lists each builder, whether they are verified, and the volume routed through them — published by Polymarket, not by us.

Is the 1% fee the only cost?

It's OVERDOG's only cut — our own fee, collected separately from the exchange's order fees rather than added to them — and it's disclosed before you confirm a bet. There is no vig.
